Hi. Thanks for responding. I actually did make it and used the organic stone ground white whole wheat flour with honey and olive oil and used the food processor. It was so so good. Perfect!! I also cooked as I usually do on the stone at 480 F and removed the parchment paper after 1-2 minutes. Thank you so much. It was very crunchy and a stiff pizza. No sogginess.

Make sure to actually double or triple if your using your own jar of yeast.
