It probably never will be. I certainly see the benefits (health, environment, humane treatment of animals). I, therefore, make a concerted effort to seek out vegetarian recipes. But, I’m not willing to sacrifice taste. Your website has the most delicious vegetarian meals. I tried some recipes on your site and was really happy I tried them.
