I was surprised as I thought they wouldn’t have much flavor. I made some thinner and some thicker. I liked both but think I prefer the thicker ones. My husband actually liked them as well and I was surprised about that too lol. I pulsed regular oatmeal in a food processor for the oatmeal flour
