Made it just like the recipe stated with the exception of adding mushrooms. I can see how this would be very versatile and multiple veggies could be substituted based on what one had available. A friend and I pick one of your recipes each month and pick a day that month that we cook it for our households. This was our March pick and it will remain in our recipe books forever. Her husband has already requested she make again soon! Lol

I wanted you to know this dish packed an overwhelming heat kick stronger than my husband I I normally like. I am wondering if I did something wrong. I doubled the recipe. I used Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste instead of your recommended paste as my grocery store was out of stock of the Thai Kitchen brand. Everything else was as written. Could either of those two been the problem causing the “mouth fire”?
